Promoting French excellence and know-how, and spreading the word around the world.
This is the ambition of the association Maisons & Savoir-faire d'Excellence. We are extremely proud to be working alongside 13 other renowned houses, including: Maison Vérot, Maison Barthouil, Maison Meert, Armagnacs Darroze, François Evrard - Viandes de Collections...

We've been part of this adventure since its launch in September 2021.

The Culinary College of France

The Collège Culinaire de France is a network of more than 3,000 recognized artisans across France, committed to quality and local involvement. Restaurants, food shops, producers, professional schools... Our expertise as a cheese refiner and our four-generation family history are recognized among our peers.

We've been part of this great family of foodies since 2015.

Artisan en'Or

The "Artisan en Or" label, awarded by the Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat des Hauts-de-France, recognizes our know-how and our profession as artisan cheesemakers.

La Fromagerie Philippe Olivier de Boulogne-sur-Mer becomes the 1st "Artisan en Or" (Golden Craftsman) to join this fabulous group of craftsmen in the Hauts de France region.

Sublimeurs

Today, Sublimeurs federates and animates a network of over 100 chefs, producers & companies rigorously selected on the basis of product quality and responsible commitments.

Sublimeurs encourages this community of players to work together for sustainable gastronomy in the Hauts-de-France region.

Communications strategy, visual identity, website, editorial and video content creations... Sublimeurs, a culinary agency based in Lille, has been supporting and advising us since 2018!

Le Cercle des Fromagers Affineurs

A veritable think-tank on the cheese-making profession. Founded in the early 1990s, the association brings together some fifteen French and Belgian cheesemakers to promote the culture of cheesemaking among professionals, future professionals and the general public.

Romain Olivier has been Co-President of the Cercle des Fromagers Affineurs since 2010,

The Cheesemakers' Guide

The Guilde Internationale des Fromagers aims to federate the entire dairy industry, at all levels. It is joined by the Confrérie de Saint-Uguzon, whose aim is to pass on cheese-making knowledge through companionship. Founded in 1969, the Guilde now has over 7,400 members in France, Europe and the rest of the world.

Since February 2014, Romain Olivier has been a certified Maitre Fromager of the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers,

Fédération des Fromagers de France

The Fromagers de France federation is the leading professional organization for the retail cheese-making profession.

In June 2022, Romain Olivier was reappointed President of the Union Professionnel des Fromagers des Hauts de France and became Treasurer of the Fédération Nationale des Fromagers de France. From now on, he will be responsible for monitoring the budget of both our professional organization and its training school (CFPL).
