Today, Philippe's son Romain is writing the history of Philippe Olivier.

After spending years at his father's side from an early age, both on the roads of France and in the cellars and boutique, Romain decided to continue the family adventure in 2006, after completing his secondary studies in Management & Sustainable Development - University of Sherbrooke (Canada) & ESC Tours-Poitiers.

Our methods have adapted to the expectations of an ever-changing world, but our passion and know-how remain intact.

Surrounded by a team trained in the skills that real cheeses require, Romain Olivier offers a wide selection of nearly 300 types (depending on the season) of cheese from the four corners of France and Europe, matured in his cellars in Boulogne-sur-Mer.

Friendly producers are rigorously selected for the health and taste quality of their cheeses.

  • Co-President of the Cercle des Fromagers Affineurs,
  • Master Cheesemaker diploma from the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers, frequent judge at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris,
  • Member of numerous cheese and gastronomic brotherhoods.

Romain is naturally committed to his chosen profession and passion.
